The lady in pharmacy with the braids was very rude and unprofessional. She didn’t acknowledge me after I was told to wait. She had an extreme attitude and there a lack of communication, and the customer service was terrible.

My brother went to get his daughters prescription filled for her type 1 diabetes. The bald headed Caucasian gentleman behind the counter came out to help us after already messing up the prescription and got an attitude with us and began yelling and slamming his hands on the counter scaring my niece and making a scene. This pharmacy is horrible and I would not recommend using this pharmacy. We had to get loud and end up curing the man just to make him listen and fill the prescription that they messed up.

Can’t even answer the phone. Pharmacist wasn’t even there when they were supposed to be. Waste of my gas. They won’t update my information either.

Dropped off my script when pharmacy opened, first in line. I ask to wait since had a ride to bring me home from surgery and I can't drive for 2 weeks. Lady tells me I can't wait on meds, would be a few hours and had to come back. So now I have to wait till someone gets off work at 5 to get and bring to me in Vinton. I'll be 12hrs without pain meds from cervical fusion... ZERO COMPASSION FOR CUSTOMERS

I wish I could leave a negative review. This is by far one of the worst pharmacy's in area. The worst thing about them is the employees!!! By far the employees! They are the most rude people I have ever dealt with at any pharmacy. They act like they are doing you a favor by filling your meds. I haven’t had a single one be nice to do business with. I understand being short staffed but still no reason to take it out on someone just trying to get meds filled. Everyone is under staffed! Will be looking for another Pharmacy for sure! I would stay far away from these people if you can.

Worst pharmacy I've ever had the pain of using. Nothing is ever on time, you can have everything called in and ready a month in advance and they'll still find a way to be 3 days late. You'll call and confirm it's ready only to be turned away twice in the same day because when you show up something isn't working. Every experience I've had with this terrible pharmacy has been so dysfunctional that I'm certain a toddler could run the business more efficiently. Unless they're being forced to use windows 95 they have no excuse for the inability to get a single thing right with their customers. If I had any alternative I would use it.
