Kassy was the clerk. Very rude. Did not acknowledge at all. Actually spent a few minutes at the counter making me wait while she unpacked a box. I don’t mind that, however she could have at least said something. Frustrating, because this store is usually very kind and has good customer service.

Always the same. Great service from smiling faces and the store properly stocked and organized so everything is easy to find.

I wish i could give zero stars, a woman that worked there accused my daughter of stealing, which she wasn’t because the item was a 2$ lip liner, and my daughter had my card, she payed for it anyway, the woman was rude and harassed me too by coming to my car yelling at me and my daughter. Don’t come here if you don’t want this behavior near you or your kids.

I don’t do this… but the woman working here right now this date, this time was so disrespectful to me and family we’re traveling across the country stopped for a snack because dg has always been a reliable stop in a pinch. The woman in glasses with her hair in a bun(she wasn’t wearing a name name tag) nearly ran over my 2 year old then huffed and puffed like we were an inconvenience and then refused to give my wife and daughter the bathroom key because it was out of order(there was no sign). This woman clearly does not like her job and should be doing anything else besides working with the public I hope upper management sees this. This was unprovoked act of petty attitude and it doesn’t belong in stores that serve the public.

Do not shop here unless you want to pay for items that you won’t get.Just visited this location around 1:15. Today is Sunday Oct 15. Made our selections and headed to register and paid for our stuff. Husband grabbed a pack a Bazooka Joe gum and I grabbed a small Three Musketeers bar. Paid for everything and lady told us we had two bags.Got to truck, went to get candy and it’s not in either bag. Hubby goes back in, she swears she bagged both items, we double check,still not there. He goes back in and she refused to help him or give him what we paid for. He tossed the receipt at her and left about 1:20pmI called the corporate number and told them what happened and they disconnected and haven’t called us back so I guess I have to resort to warning people on review sites. Awful service. Lady probably pocketed our items for herself and tried to gaslight us. I don’t appreciate having money of any amount stolen, so maybe stay away from this store.

First and last time using DG Pick-UpI shopped for a couple of hours online at the local stores for the best sales and prices on stuff we need. Like everyone else, money isn't going as far these days. I used Dollar General Pick-Up to use several coupons and a $5 off of $25 coupon. I placed the order Saturday morning (since this is the only day I can use the $5 coupon) at 10:23 for a pick up time between 6-7pm. I get an email at 5:30 saying they're running late. Ok- no big deal. I get another email at 7:05 saying Dollar General canceled my order- with absolutely no explanation. I have a baby at home and can't just run down the road ASAP to use the coupons I used for those deals (specifically the $5 off of $25 for that day only.) This is why I did the pick-up order in the first place. Not only that, I lost next week's $5 off of $25 coupon that I would have been given access to for using the one this Saturday. Absolutely DON'T use the pick-up service. Use another store's pick-up and actually save your time and money.

This is one of the worst places I've ever worked. It's nothing but a glorified convenience store. Their prices are higher than Walmart on a lot of items.
