Went in for a couple of supplements. Staff was very courteous, helpful, and actually interested in their product lines. My compliments to Clayton, Kristel, and Sandra. An excellent group.

They have a disconnected phone number listed on Google as well as GNC's own "Store Locator". They will not answer the phone, even from a Customer Service department supervisor, and generally are not helpful at all. Avoid this store if at all possible.

Been there many times had been no problem,everyone nice and helpful,but this time,there were two guys in there working,when my husband and I walked in,they both stood up from their chairs and just watched us,i was checking to see what essential oils they had,I particularly wanted a lemon essential oil,that I had purchased there before,I didnt see it on the shelf so i asked one of them if they had any in the back,but he asked if I said lemon or women essential oil,and to spell it,I just said lemon with a L,but they both kept snickering and giggling at each other,they never helped us,just over all a bad visit in there,felt like they were being very rude towards us and I never felt that way in that store before,when we left it made me not want to go back,but wanted to let others know you may not be helped and may not be treated real great if you get those two young guys in there like we did.

Store had sign On the door that said we are open and gave a phone number yet they were closed during normal operating hours and did not answer the phone.

Nancy Durousseau is very knowledgeable about every product in the store. She gives great advice and directions. She is an asset to the company. The store is always clean and fresh-smelling. She keeps it very clean in there. I enjoy all of my visits there.
