Highly recommend this place. The ladies are super nice and gave my baby a really good bath and deshedding treatment and he smells and looks amazing. They did a really good job with his bath and there was no nasty soap residue left on him and no "wet dog" smell. With the deshedding treatment, I can tell and really know that they didn't just tell me it would be done, it was actually done because before when I would pet him, I would get a handful of hair every few seconds. Now, I've literally only gotten maybe 3 or 4 here and there. I really appreciate that the ladies were able to share specific things my baby did during his visit that completely align with his normal behavior and personality traits. Learning my baby that quickly and the fact that he looks to them in a trusting way, really goes a long way and I will be a returning customer. I've delt with some other places before that I just got a weird vibe from just by the way he would act but here I really feel like he is in safe hands and they do care. I would definitely recommend this place over any other place between Orange TX and lake Charles.

I left my dog for 5 days and got the grooming i was very satisfied with the service and the grooming came out so beautiful I recommend 10/10.

Boarded my pups for a week. The staff is wonderful and they took very good care of my animals. They usually come home all stressed out from boarding but they were calm and happy. I'll definitely be back. I got a suite for my dogs and it's definitely the way to go.

Accommodating and Attentive for Littles and Bigs. I boarded my pitbull and my cat here over the weekend. Rather than a kennel, both my pets had a 6 x 4 space to stay in. They offer three tiers for dog boarding. I chose the middle, a covered 6 by 4 concrete floor run with concrete walls between each dog. I couldnt afford the room option, but I was happy knowing my dog anxious dog would have space for her own bed and to pace. Also, she wouldn't be seeing or hearing other dogs as much. My cat had a tall, three tier catio in a separate cat room that looked out a window. I was most happy about this becaus most places in town only offer a single level kennel that's only large enough for a bed and a litter box. This is a grooming salon, so I definitely booked both my pets. My dog had the desheding treatment, and my cat was brushed. Both looked to be in excellent health and happy when I picked them up and in the days followings. For a week of boarding, both grooms, and a tip, I paid $300. I'm very pleased with my boarding and grooming here, and I'll absolutely be returning to and recommending Bright Care.

I have a Golden Retriever that has never liked being Groomed. I think it’s the noise of the electric clippers and blow dryers. And she requires special attention because of her bad hips. Bright Animal Care was able to schedule her within a week of my call. I know she was a handful but they took the extra time, Care and Compassion required to do the job. I was very pleased with the outcome.Thanks BAC ?

Was taking my long hair Dachshund for regular grooming. After the first visit, I had to request the paw pads be trimmed out.They did it the second time, so I thought “Okay, on the right track.”About two weeks later, my dog started limping on her back leg. I looked closer and her nail was so long it was digging into her paw. I don’t like clipping them myself-they are black, ya know? I managed to trim it and then took her to the vet because it developed an abscess. She fine now-but dang, that’s what a groomer is supposed to do-is trim the nails, right??

I haven't been there since they changed from Pampered Paws,until recently. Staff and Services is Not the same. Workers are not friendly and just seem like they don't care. Had to bring my Fur Baby there for boarding due to medical emergency called to check on him and they said he Growled at a worker which I have never heard any boarding place out of 6yrs say that about him before. He's always had Great reports he love to giving kisses, never was a mean type unless he felt scared. If they went to him like they did when I dropped him off he was scared and wasnt approach right. I don't see him ever going back there again. And I do mean NEVER! For the amount we pay for his boarding I feel like they need to do better with greeting Animals/and People as they enter and while they are there. Very disappointing , Workers need to be trained better on how to greet all Animals when approaching them.

These ladies are awesome my senior poodle doesn't go to anyone but he was very comfortable with them and they were very gentle and fast with his groom. We will be back.

I brought my sweet pup, Tater, to get a bath & nail trim! The staff was super nice & Ms. Katlynn took extra special care of my boy due to his anxiety. When I picked him up he was so happy, smelling good, with a precious Halloween bandana! Definitely will be bringing him back
