First of all chichi can go to H*ll. Absolutely horrible customer service. If I could give them negative stars I would. I called to have a prescription from a different walgreens pulled there ( my antibiotic therapy for my autoimmune disease) I was on hold forever when chichi answered the phone it was excuse after excuse on how she was sooo busy and didn't have time to help me. I work in pharmacy I understand but no matter what I said to her it was the same answer I'm to busy to help you. I could hear her stuffing her face while lying thru her teeth. I asked for her name multiple times and still got the same answer I'm to busy over and over. She hung up on me. I called back and talked to the shift the shift lead Tabitha I was told her the problem and to get the pharmacists name. She told her name was chichi and I asked for her real name and her last name she said I don't know what it is we call just call her chichi.

I will never be returning to to this walgreens. No one ever greets me. No one talks to me when im checking out. But there is someone in particular that makes me NEVER want to come back. Tabitha. I came in a month ago to get a passport photo & i had to wait 10 minutes for her to say hello, she comes up asked what i needed & i said a passport photo. She then goes "ughhhh i hate doing passport photots." & mopes around. Looks like she HATES her job. Very bad look on this location. Tonight i came in & she made my fiancé & i wait because she was finishing a conversation with her two friends.... AWFUL customer service.

First off the app says ready for pick up and I go to pick it up and they tell me there’s a hold so I can’t pick it up until the next day. Sure I was aggravated for wasting my time driving and waiting in line after work but I didn’t say anything rude. Go back the next day and find out it was cancelled instead of being put on hold for the next day. So after another wasted trip I will not use this pharmacy any longer because it is not worth the headache.

Great service. Quick and timely response. And only one day to get a prescription filled

Went to get a few prescriptions filled at 6:00 PM. They close the pharmacy at 8 or 9 PM. The prescriptions could not be filled until the next day, but I needed one of them that night. They were backed up and busy that they couldn't get a prescription filled within the 2 or 3 hour timeframe??? I went to 3 other pharmacies between City Services Road and Beglis Road. None of them could fill the prescriptions in the 2 to 3 hour timeframe. I understand stand that the employees are out with vacation, illness, etc.. The flu, COVID, school children passing viruses and infections in class, but I would have thought that Walmart and other pharmacies would have been prepared, but all of them behind schedule?? Very coincidental! I was very disappointed and shocked.

The only reason I gave 2 stars is because my scripts were ready before they quoted me.I'm from Texas city working in Port arthur visiting my SO in west lake. I went to an urgent care for back pain. Came to this location instead of Walmart.Guy with dreads was very accusatory. Why am I here? Do I have an account? Is this your phone number? (936 was given mine is 832) I said no. He asked was I at a rampart address I said no. He said what you don't shop at walgreens? No sir I don't usually have prescriptions and when I do I go to Sam's but they're closed( on sunday) he finally made a new profile with me info and said it would be after 5. Fine. How much will it be? Where's your insurance card?I'm paying by debit card. No insurance. ??He basically wanted my entire life story.Just fill my prescription!Probably won't be back to this location.... or a walgreens for a while.

Sloths—the adorable and lethargic animals living in treetops—depend on the health and survival of Central and South American tropical forests. They spend much of their lives in the canopy, snoozing and remaining hidden from predators.
Sloths have an extremely low metabolic rate, which means they move at a languid, sluggish pace through the trees. On average, sloths travel 41 yards per day. Or a maximum of .17 mph.
These animals move faster than the pharmacy does.

First off, go to the one on Beglis instead. They have decent people that work there.Second, the managers there are lazy and do not care about anyone other than themselves.Last, their pharmacy team has gone downhill from their rude and incompetent staff.

Waited in pharmacy drive thru for 10 minutes behind someone and the guy pulled the curtain down as I pulled up. They were not closed when I got there and had no signs saying they were closing early, I got there at 5:55pm. I've been going to this Walgreens on hwy 108 for more than 10 years and in the last couple years the service has steadily gone down in the pharmacy dept. Wish I had the guys name, tall guy with braids/dreads.

I cannot tell you how many times I have been told they are out of my prescription, then had to wait upwards of two weeks for my very needed meds. I have been told it is too early to fill my monthly meds when it’s been 6 weeks between refills. I have dropped off prescriptions and had to wait three days for the most incompetent staff ever to fill them. The staff is beyond rude, slow as molasses, and apparently don’t know how to view prescription records. Today is the last day I will ever use this joke of a pharmacy. I would rather drive an hour away to a competent pharmacy with polite staff who know what they’re doing, can read, order appropriate stock, and care about the health of their customers. I will dissuade everyone I encounter from using your horrible pharmacy!
