MY WIFE AND I LOVE GOING TO DOLLAR GENERAL STORE'S , BECAUSE YOU CAN BUY A WIDE SELECTION OF OF HOUSE HOLD GOODS , FROM CLEANING SUPPLIES TO GROCERIES AND SNACKS AND DRINKS , FROM CLOTHES TO YARD AND GARDENING SUPPLIES , MEN AND WOMEN FRAGRANCES , LOOK AT DOLLAR GENERAL BEFORE LOOKING ANYWHERE ELSE !!!!

NEGATIVE FIVE STAR REVIEW -5 Worst Experience Ever! They clearly hire anyone there… before I walked in while sitting in my truck I seen two workers smoking cigarettes outside while sitting in the store chairs that were for sale, whenever I walked in I smelled a whiff of illegal substances! I hurried to grab all of my items an whenever I went to check out I realized I had forgotten my card, so I asked if I could punch it in instead…like I had done once before. She said she couldn’t, so I told her that the manager had done it for me before I figured she just didn’t know how.. she asked if I wanted her to go ask the lady with the key and I said yes! The lady came back with another lady ( they weren’t wearing name tags so I don’t know their names, First Lady was a African American heavier lady.. the other was a tall lady with glasses and purple hair) the other lady came, an from the start she was rude stating they can’t do that with attitude in her voice so I replied it’s fine y’all are blowing this out of proportion whenever it didn’t have to be and that I had another form of payment. Then both lady’s kept asking me “who’s the manager that did it for you? Was it a guy or a girl?” I replied That I wasn’t going to tell them because I didn’t want to get anyone in trouble if they weren’t supposed to do it for me….they then kept saying “it was a man huh, oh I know who it is.” I simply replied no it wasn’t a man I never said that..why are you assuming it was a man? I don’t want to tell you because I do not want to get anyone in trouble.” (BTW I know who the manager is, It was the manager!) They denied me of service after that. This was so cringey and the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. I know it’s a Dollar General but you guys have got to do better than this. You lost out on so much money from me tonight an my future business and I’m sure I won’t be the only one you lose out money on…with this customer service. GET NEW EMPLOYEES THESE ARE COSTING YOU MORE THAN THEY ARE WORTH…. NEGATIVE FIVE STAR REVIEW -5

Top notch: cleanest ive ever been in!!! The staff is so very. Helpfu & knowledgeable. The morning Manager Mrs. Anna jumps like a frog around the store making sure the customer comes first & the pride she and Mr Charles have in this store and their local communities is unsurpassed!!!

Prices are wrong! Aisles are usually partially blocked. No employee is wearing mask. Told corporate office through dg customer first and in the last three months have not fixed the problems or seem to care!!

The few times I had to stop by. I was in and out NO long lines at the check out. The self check out is AWESOME.Older stores take notice of the self check out. Jmo

Tight check-out lines kinda funnels you into a sick bowl of covid soup! No matter individuals beliefs on it, still not cool at all nor any time especially in 2020!!!
