“Never a problem. I’m a co-op customer, meaning I’m a member at another credit union out of town, but conduct business with Pelican. Never an issue. My usual wait time is no more than 20 minutes and the tellers are always pleasant and helpful. Drive thru is a little tight and I’ve seen confused customers in parking lot, however it’s mostly the customer’s issue, not the bank. Keep up good work.”
