I went to Royalty Wash and Detail on 3/19/23 for a BrakeTag on a Sunday!Yes They were Open!Thank you to the workers who were very efficient, courteous, and professional .The BrakeTag took no time at all.I will be returning for their exclusive Carwash and detail. Thanks again to owner who made things much easier for me to take care of my important business even on the weekend.I highly recommend their services. Blessings

I brought my truck in to be washed on December 18th. The guy working there got my keys and went to pull my truck under a metal covering. The guy ended up wrecking into the covering with my truck. It scratched and dented the driver side. Ended up being $935 in damages. I spoke to the owner at the time of the incident and he agreed to pay for the damages but not for a rental car while the repairs are being made. On top of that he said he would need to make weekly payments because he doesn't have the money to pay in full. So I asked for his liability insurance info so I could make a claim instead. He told me that he would provide that. Well now it's been a week since he said that and still has not provided it. He is now ignoring my calls and texts. This car wash has costed me $1400 in total for repairs and a rental truck. This guy flat out said that he will not pay the $450 for a rental for me and said if I wanted to go the insurance route that he would not pay me for the repairs either and basically told me he would lie to the insurance about the incident happening at his car wash. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.Service: Full body wash

So my girlfriend takes her mid size SUV for a detail after a weekend trip to the beach. She picked it up at closing which was dark so she missed how bad the interior was. Proof is in the pictures. This place charged $175 for this and then had the audacity to ask for tips. Do I even need to tell you to not go here?

Brought my 2015 Chevy Silverado in for a full detail. Joe did a pretty good job on my truck. He was extremely personable and knowledgeable about compounding and waxing etc. . . Exterior looks good. Interior looks good. The only thing I would change is the price! Thanks Joe!

I DO NOT recommend the location in Marrero Louisiana. We spent $150.00 to have my Jeep detailed inside and out. When picking up my vehicle several spots were missed. When pointing out the spots that were missed my husband received an attitude from the workers. However, despite unsatisfactory service, my husband still tipped them. The tip provided was unappreciated to the point where more attitude was given. The customer service provided from the time the vehicle was dropped off to the time it was picked up was terrible. Our intention was to send my company's 120 vehicles to the Marrero location for detailing. However, after the service we received we will NEVER recommend this location to anyone in the future. if you are looking to have your vehicle detailed I would select an alternate location or company all together. Very disappointed!

Excellent !!! Right off expressway on West Bank. One guy hand washes, cleans, dries, and vacuums your car ! These guys hustle and are great ! I live uptown but will go back there to have my cars washed . They also offer detail work which also recommend.
