Terrible customer service and a waste of time I went some where else And I was approved! Obviously this person wasnt doing the job right!

Not all the staff know their job. The majority of the staff is very nice and friendly. Just this one lady is very incompetent & should not be employed there she barely speaks or understands English! Just saying
