“In January 2025 a driver ran a red light and totaled my 2015 Toyota Rav4. The driver’s insurance company seemed to be dragging their feet. I was in desperate need of a rental car. I then called my Statefarm agent who took control of my claim (I carry full coverage). The same day I had a rental car waiting for me. Just signed the paperwork and picked up the keys. The process rolled along without any issues. Within in 2 weeks everything was complete and I was paid a very generous cash value for my vehicle. I have never been in this situation before and can’t say enough good things about how I and my process was handled. “I had a car run into my house in February and had been without gas, hot water since the beginning of May. The process have been frustrating cause you have to deal with so many contractors for different things and you have to go with these people timing when they can get to you. And sometimes these guys show up when they say they will and sometimes they don't and that be the frustrating part because now they have me sitting waiting around on them to show up and they don't and me miss out on my money. But I must say Allstate have been reaching out to get this thing finish with and I hope we can get this thing rap up cause it's going on 4 months.”

I specifically wanted to shoutout Zoe who helped me this morning navigate questions I had about evolving our policies to meet the needs of my family.
Let’s face it, there are endless options to shop for insurance for the car, your house, heck even life insurance and so much more. In this day and age, customer service is quickly becoming a lost art but not here.
My family continues to evolve and so does our needs for insurance. This State Farm team literally goes the extra mile, EVERY- SINGLE- TIME. State Farm’s “Good Neighbor” approach extends to this team and every time my family has ever needed them, they’ve been there.
The service we get here is second to none and if you want to be treated more than “just another customer” this is the office for you. They also don’t judge me when I have unique circumstances and this compels me to remain their customer for life.
