“I arrived at 9:15 a.m. for my 9:30 a.m. appointment, which included an oil change, multipoint inspection, and tire rotation. My vehicle was promptly taken in by the service advisor and, by 9:50 a.m., the work was completed and ready for pickup. This demonstrates outstanding efficiency and genuine respect for customers’ time and scheduled appointments. I recently experienced quite the opposite with a local competitor, where there was a complete lack of consideration and no effort to communicate or apologize. I sincerely appreciate Dantin for their professionalism, efficiency, and commitment to exceptional customer service.”
“My car needed a wheel alignment really bad. The first time I went in for an alignment , they couldn’t do it due to my driver side tie rod being too loose, so I had to replace that before they could do the alignment. I made another appointment at a later date, got the tie rod fixed , went in this morning for the alignment.. & i left very pleased with the service all around!! Friendly staff, my car drives like a new car, definitely going there from now on. Thanks to the guy that did my alignment!!”

“I highly recommend Jones Detailing on Canal in Thibodaux. I hadn’t had my car detailed in 6 years and there were cooked in lovebugs on the outside and the inside had layers of dust and dirt, drink spills — and maybe a few crumbs from on the go eating! I dropped it off and they gave me a ride to work. In the afternoon it was returned to me and I could not believe it was my car! They did an amazing job making my 2019 Buick Encore look like a brand new car. To add to all of that, they are polite, professional, and all around good people! 5 stars!! ?”

“I found myself in Thibodaux for the weekend, needing attention to a couple of tires on a Saturday morning and was lucky to find this little gem of a tire store. Service was fast, friendly, professional and extremely efficient. They were able to diagnose and repair a problem with one tire and trouble shoot and alleviate concerns I had about a second tire. I left confident my tires were safe for a 350 mile drive home on Sunday. Thank you for outstanding work and service Josh and Bailey!”

“I recently had a power window switch break and rather than take it to the dealership, I went by to see if Percle's could fix it and sure enough they could. They ordered the part while I was at the counter that morning, then called me after lunch and said that the part was in and we made arrangements for them to fix it the next day. What better service could you ask for? In my opinion, I probably would have still been waiting for an appointment at the dealership! The Percles are professional and courteous and I highly recommend them to anyone needing anything done related to the vehicle body.”

“Update, just bought good used tire. My 7-8th one from here with perfect service.3 days later it’s midnight tire is flat, daughters school in the am. No big deal I will put my space on, used to do tire work. Only problem the Tech got my bolts so tight can’t even loosen one of 5. Will call them tomorrow and hope they will take care of everything no problem!Latest Update, they absolutely took ownership of the issue, apologized for any inconveniences, replaced my purchased bad tire! “Friendly staff but was understaffed at the time of me making this post. Had a tech checking people in. Doing the oil changes and tires and coming ring them up. Only 3 techs working that department it seemed. Should have more employees. Was a Monday morning also if that would matter.”
