Although I do not have an account with Chase, I occasionally visit for business. The employees are always courteous and helpful. In my experience the wait times are minimized by the efficiency of staff. Its a hit or miss if you're looking for a working atm. Today cash couldn't be dispensed. The 2 drive-through atms maybe broken more than working. I was able to make a deposit though. There are more "panhandling" occurring at the banks entrance which i thought was banned in the parish?

Went to get money drive-thru Bunch cars I called for lady she states she talking to another lane that lane was on phone window up so wasn't talking was attitude
