I can’t believe I arrived an hour and 10min before closing and they couldn’t do my simple acrylic set, said they only do dip powder which is a lie and he locked the door after I left. Rude and Unprofessional demeanor

Never again got there at 12:11 leaving at 1:52 nothing done guy tried painting my nails screwed them up so bad he apologized I asked them to take off left with nothing! Went in for gel manicure and pedicure with gel removed and put back on. I don’t know where the guy was but a lady was running front desk and it was poor time management!

The tech hurt me. She rubbed the stones along my shines also dug her nail clipper under my toenail. Hurt very bad. She was also pushing down on my shoe after she put it back on. . . I thought she was going to break it. I had to tell her to stop pushing down on it Im Not going back.Services: Pedicure

WORSE experience EVERRRRR!!!!! Very rude and disrespectful towards women of color. You most likely won’t get serviced if you’re black so just go to a nail tech and safe yourself the charge bc they will have you bout to catch one behind how they treat black ppl

My nails came out beautifully, but I’ve had them for four days and they already look grown out. The guy didn’t push back my cuticles or do any kind of manicure steps other than putting the dip powder on. I guess I’ll have to do that prep work before I go next time, if I go there again. I likely won’t.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. The staff and owner were unhelpful and unapologetic. I visited the salon to have my dip powder nails removed and I was set up with acetone on my nails for over 30 minutes and no one came back to take it off; I had to take it off myself. I asked for assistance from the staff and they just looked at me and walked away so I then went to the owner and he said I needed to pay or wait 30 mins before someone could help me. There were other people walking in the salon and being serviced but I needed to wait 30 mins after already waiting over 30 mins. I paid to take off my own dip nails. I will NEVER visit this salon again. I recommend no one else visits this salon either!

The longest wait ever!!! Arrived at 12:30 for a toe polish change only. I was told to come back at 2:40. Arrived at 2:40 got into the chair at 3....3:21, I was told 5 more minutes (Meanwhile others were being serviced around me. )I guess techs were on break or off because they either disappeared or were walking around the nail shop and not servicing clients.3:31 nail tech dropped off her work bin and went to the back of the shop. At 3:33 services began completed at 3:45. .... thank you have a good day.wow not 1 apology. I won't be returning.Service: Polish removal
