Employee was outgoing and familiar with everything. I had a bunch of questions and she had all the answers. The girl was better than Google. The store looked new with good signage and sale prices. Cold healthy drinks and snacks also available

I don’t come here for supplements but I do come for the occasional pre-workout drink or peri-nutrition snack. The workers are friendly. The manager is usually the one working when I go, and he has stocked up drinks that I get in the refrigerator, and talks to me about new drinks that have arrived. This makes the experience all the more personal for me and I greatly appreciate it, especially considering I come here several times per week.

Got an email of a purchase I didn't make. I don't even live in the state. Called the store within minutes and was told she had used a credit card but had a membership so she must just have a similar email address. However her name is spelled exactly the same as mine as well. Too coincidental. That was all the information I was offered. I would think that I could at least have more information than that to make sure it wasn't fraud.

I don't enjoy that fact that I paid almost 100.00 dollars on a buy one get one half off product which was mix or match. When I returned home the one I bought for myself, my spouse wanted it. I went back to the store the next day with receipt in hand and the sealed bottle that my husband did not want for an even exchange, I was informed that a needed to pay an extra 17.00 dollars.
