I purchased a car from enterprise with a tire insurance..Goodyear on St.Patrick Street in Thibdouax honored the policy while other Tire faculties didn’t . A simple flat tire was fixed ..Good year did the paper work and it didn’t cost me a penny . Thanks Good year on St. Patrick street .. Claude Hitt

Getting brakes replaced at Goodyear in Thibodaux, LA was a great experience! We called at 11 am on the Saturday before 4th of July so they were short staffed, but they got us in and out in less than 3 hours with no appointment! They called twice to update us on what needed done which I appreciate, and the final price was lower than the original quote. 10/10 do reccommend!

They was supposed to change the gear box on my truck and they changed 450$ for a new one and all they did was clean up the old one and put it back this is pictures of after they supposedly put a new one in

There isn't a place I trust more with my vehicle than these guys right here! I have taken my vehicle to them on several occasions and each time I have received EXCEPTIONAL customer service and satisfaction. Melissa, who works the front desk was always very helpful with what I needed or had issues with. She's always very friendly and greets customers with a smile.I am very skeptical with who I bring my vehicle to when problems arise, for fear of being overcharged and leaving without my issues being resolved. These guys took care of me every time. I HIGHLY recommend bringing your vehicle here the next time you need it serviced. Seriously the best auto service I have ever done business with!

absolutely the worst service i’ve ever had. if anyone needs a mechanic, do NOT choose goodyear, especially the one in thibodaux. i’ve brought my car there 4-5 times just in the last few months and each time i get it back, something is STILL wrong with it. the last few times it’s been the same issue that they claimed they just fixed. i keep having to bring my car back within a week of getting it back! the mechanics at goodyear constantly make mistakes and are super unreliable.

Had an oil change appointment scheduled from online. Got there and said the price of the oil picked online was wrong and would be a lot more. You put in your car information on there website and it tells you the right oil and price. I also have gotten an oil change there before for the right price. There just trying to up sale and they take forever anyway. Look somewhere else for your car maintenance needs.

I had a confirmed appointment to get a single tire replaced. I was told that I “shouldn’t trust everything I do on the internet” and that “other people showed up before me” so it would be a 3+ hour wait. “You should have thought to have someone pick you up.” Crazy. I will never buy from Goodyear again.
