“I'm from out of town and have been here 6 months and it feels like a gym I can call home. I've been apart of other Crossfit gyms long term and this one makes me feel just as comfortable and welcome but in a different state.All the coaches take an active role in encouraging, correcting, and positive reinforcement. All the senior members say hi and bye to everyone, which helps the newbies feel welcome and follow suit. This is a fantastic, well rounded gym for people new to Crossfit, average Joe's, people who want to pushed or competition athletes. There's nobody here that I geniunely dislike.As if all that wasn't good enough, they are also the most affordable Crossfit gym I've ever been apart of.I cannot recommend Crossit Crabtrap enough to anyone in the Thibodaux area! I will be sad when it's time to leave.”
