Came into town for a little while and the people and the energy in this gym is exactly what you need to stay motivated and actually achieve the body and health you desire.
Was only in town a few days and lifted my highest numbers ALL YEAR.
The equipment is great, with a perfect mix of old school real lifting feel, and buttery smooth new equipment.
Today I hit legs and every machine I used was so crisp it felt amazing. Both leg curls, leg press, and hack squat were so nice to use, gliding perfectly and targeting exactly what you want to target without putting unecessary strain on joints or odd movement paths that you sometimes feel on different types of equipement.
I can't emphasize enough how nice it felt, not having the machines stutter or get lightly caught on some mechanical deviation
