Walk ins were welcomed but I would suggest using the back entrance otherwise you might be standing in the front for some time. That may not be difficult for some people but for someone that is disabled a sign or a bell on the door would have been helpful. The interior of the shop had a nice atmosphere and they really knew how to maximize their space. The stylist who did my hair was nice and inviting. The only issue is the haircut and yes I tipped but after getting home and really seeing it I can see why she kept fluffing my hair. I asked for a trim just enough to get my hair out of my eyes and to help my curls to curl better but instead I lost the curls I had in the back. This is just my take on things but you might have better luck and remember to tip your stylist we all know how this economy is. I would still give them another chance. Like I said a nice atmosphere. Best of luck

My experience was terrible. I made an appointment for color and a cut. I wanted silver/gray. Holly, I don’t think that’s how she spells it, asked for a picture of the color I wanted and pictures of my hair, which I sent to her. She told me how lucky I am because she specializes in this type of color. All she did was highlight my hair, told me to buy a special shampoo to make it gray. The cut consisted of her cutting the hair across my back, literally that’s all she did. I will never recommend Hair Tech! Or go back.To: ownerI did not get a call from Hollie. I was told at the end of the appointment when I questioned her about the color, was I told it would be a process. I did not just use box dye, it had been over six weeks since it was used. My 2 girls and myself had our hair cut by Amanda M. My 4 year Olds hair was so uneven from the salon before she fixed it right up and my girl never looked better. Love all 3 of our haircuts. Will definitely go back.
