“The culture character of this store is unmatchable. Just before Christmas I had my wife's wedding set fixed. We were charged multiple times when we paid. I called and didn't have any problems getting one of the charges refunded, but was told the system wouldn't let the other charge be refunded. The manager hand delivered the payment along with a few small items for our troubles. Honest and mistakes happen but it shows the true character in how they were able to handle this and make things right.”
