Since I became a member at Lifted Nutrition & Fitness, in early 2020, my life has been changed immeasurably in the most important, most fundamental of ways: I am physically stronger & more toned, with a new found sense of empowerment & a renewed sense of what it means to feel healthy. I am enjoying a heightened capacity level for mental functioning, accompanied by increased & sustained energy & vigor to tackle the day. My emotional state is noticeably less stressful.The equipment is top of the line & is continually being reevaluated, added to & upgraded. The facility is clean, well maintained, well lit, well ventilated, well laid out, & extraordinarily well organized. There are no required apparatus lacking here.The staff is professional, welcoming, engaging, skilled & knowledgeable, both in fitness & nutrition. There is a supportive community atmosphere among members, that is liken to a family. All ages & fitness levels congregate here to do the good work ... with no judgment, but only an invitation for betterment.The founder's philosophy behind the use of the word "LIFTED" in the business name, informs the operation of the gym, and infuses it with a positive, forward motion energy, that truly sets the tone for exemplary personal achievement & the accomplishment of personal goals.If good health is a necessity & not an option in your life, gift yourself a membership to this gym.
