Went looking for a specific tool box. They didn't have what i was looking for. But the help was nice. Ended.up looking around and finding a lot of stuff anyway!

We had a 9am delivery appointment. We arrived the night before and were able to sleep on site. We were unloaded at 10:20am. Good experience.

At first I was treated horribly by an employee. I wasn’t cared for right. Two employees noticed and helped. I then went to the manager Barron, he made sure things went right. He was a huge help and showed great professionalism. It’s because of him I will keep going to Thibodaux Lowes.
