I went there for a radiator for my 1968 Chevrolet Corvair because AutoZone said they didn't have it. There was a knowledgeable gentleman who informed me that it was air cooled and got me what I needed.

Always have had good service in the past. It takes a little while to get to the counter to be assisted but usually very helpful once you get there. I will not be using O'Reilly in Thibodaux again due to customers not being told to wait in line behind the others who have been in line waiting for their turn. One would expect behavior like this from children but unfortunately this is not the case.

Stopped there with the mother of someone, I thought was a friend, to replace a jump starter. She felt she should replace it because her son stole ours out of my truck when I helped him tow a truck to the scrap yard. Service was great, they had the exact same item, didn't remember it costing as much, but learned agood lesson. No charges filed against exfriend. Feel sorry for this mom.

Was in there on 12/28/22 to purchase a headlight bulb for my truck. I'm a 60yr old woman and asked if someone could install it for me, I was told "yes ma'am". When he opened the hood..he said he wasn't allowed to change it cause he would have to remove engine parts to access the light. I thought Hmmm ..so I went home and looked on YouTube and was able to do it myself in less than 5 mins without tools! I will never go back there for any reason, because they have incompetent employees there! I assume either stupidity or laziness to be the reason for not being able to help me

Went there for a part at 8:51 pm after calling before hand and saying they wouldn't close till 9 and pulled up to them locking the doors and walking off at 851pm I get that it was close to closing but we called ahead and said they don't close till 9. Really just sad customer service.

Called to confirm that this location had a serpentine belt for my 2005 ford taurus in stock. I was informed the belt I needed was in stock. I went purchased belt only for the belt to be installed and after installation belt begins to shred several threads. I was sold the wrong belt. Update: I returned a week later this time the person who was working was knowledgeable and informed me that I was sold the wrong belt and refunded the amount /applied difference to the cost of correct belt.

I wanna say thanks to O'Reilly for helping me out with my battery. The first guy helped me figure out if my battery was bad and we found out it was, he also tightened up on of my terminals on my battery post. I went to three different places to see if they would have my battery cheaper but they were all the same amount so I went back to them to buy the battery from them and I'm grateful for the second guy that helped put my battery in for me even with it raining a little bit. I never meant for him to get rained on but I really appreciated him for doing this for me and I kept apologizing too him. I would definitely give them a 10/10.
