I am a former Terrebonne Ford customer. The customer service experience was so horrible at Terrebonne Ford for the 7 years that I dealt with them that I was willing to completely cut all ties with Ford to avoid future interactions. I started dealing with Robichaux and the experience has been totally different. The customer service has been great. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and they made buying and all service appointments easy and no hassle.

I had a really good buying experience at Robichaux Ford in Thibodaux. Everyone listened to what I needed & did everything they could to find a vehicle that suited my needs at a price that was fair. I was treated professionally & personably by Chris” the salesman to Matt Robichaux himself.

Darryl Bailey of the service department is a rude and incompetent employee. My vehicle was not repaired nor was any attempt made to repair it due to him not having time and being short staffed. I was contacted by Ford Customer Care about a driver’s side air bag issue as well as a safety recall. The recall was done but no attempt was made to remedy the air bag situation. I do not know if my vehicle is even safe to drive until I can get into a different dealership. I was prepared to spend the day at the dealership and brought an iPad and book to occupy me so my vehicle could be fixed the first time. I will now have to take another day off work due to not having a local dealership. Pitiful service.

Robichaux Ford is very customer oriented. They take you through the entire process step by step. They are by your for the sale, follow-through and also follow-up after the sale. Very satisfying service.
