They need to build another store in the area having to wait almost an hour just to be help because there is such a large overflow of customer is just ridiculous. The super visor just comes from the back to walk around on her phone and watch people standing there instead of getting on a computer and helping her workers and customer move faster.

Made an appointment to upgrade my phone and people kept walking in so it doesn't matter if you make an appointment or not. They'll just take whoever comes up to the counter, and even though it was crowded, the supervisor just stood there and looked at everybody.

Do not switch when they call and ask you to switch.. I lost my number I had for 15 years.. because they sent me a refurbished phone that locked up ..I sent it back in the same condition. They charged me 700 dollars, saying the phone had a scratch on it.. I will never ever use this company again..

Store is supposed to open at 10am.was there a little after 10.waited until 10:30 still wasn’t open.the store service lacks in quality just as the th service does

No help whatsoever. Just blankly answered no for my questions. 1800 number for customer service solved my issue and answered my questions with EASE. Don't waste your time at this location.

I went to store n a worker named trinity input in the system that they didn’t have the equipment i needed so a hold was put on my account and i had to come back the next day. Get there the next day same thing . So i called customer service to see what happened n found it out from thm i have school in a few days so tht would effect me .
