I went to store n a worker named trinity input in the system that they didn’t have the equipment i needed so a hold was put on my account and i had to come back the next day. Get there the next day same thing . So i called customer service to see what happened n found it out from thm i have school in a few days so tht would effect me .

Was busy and had a long line. Kind of slow customer service. But after the 4th person in line. It went smoothly and paced faster.

Went to go talk with management because i returned equipment that the woman never put into system i have video of woman I'm on phone with spectrum when this rude woman walked up on my car that's on video to won't let me post but i will be posting on Facebook worse customer service ever

I called Spectrum mobile cause phone acting up they couldn't fix it they told me to call Samsung I did Samsung said it's a Spectrum problem so I called back to Spectrum they said go into store I did that was worse mistake ever leana tall African American complete attitude from jump. She said she not tech savvy I heard people in back I asked can they help she said noone is here but me. I said fix my phone she again said can't I said Spectrum said come in she said they say that to get you off phone. I walked out she walked out and started yelling bout what u say so I repeated what I said she was rude very unprofessional unpleasant she needs new job customer service is not for her I called make complaint and Lulu said she couldn't do anything bout her actions well if This is the way spectrum deals with their customers spectrum can go to hell and back I don't need spectrum paying $300 a month that's too much to deal with that customer service that they got there
