Excellent service . Wait times for pharmacy drop off and pick up (in store)are a little longer with the added customers from covid19 vaccinations.

This location is extremely slow and carefree about it. I kept telling myself that this was temporary due to all the illness but its been absolutely horrible.

Pharmacy is awful. They are slow and don’t care about people lives or health. Lies about filling medicine and everything else. Rude and horrible service!

This Walgreens is so slow at filling prescriptions. You wait in store for at least an hour if you bring it in, at least 20 minutes at the drive thru.

we waited for 2hours for medication for both my children We left after frustration of how slow they were being& having two sick kids with us. We tried to have the meds switched to CVS but they were out of the eye drops my 11 m old desperately needed. My husband & I decided to head back home & have a friend go pickup the kids meds for us. My friend spent another 2hours in waiting around for meds for my children. At arrival they acted as if they never heard of my children (we had literally been checking on there meds all morning while we sat in the car) & like they had no idea why she was there. I asked her to give the phone to someone who was working and a lady said “very rudely” that she can’t talk on a phone. I told my friend to put me on speaker phone. I told them to stop acting so d*** as if they don’t know what & who she was there for the lady proceeded to say they no longer had the information bc it was sent to CVS.CVS never received anything from Walgreens.BECAUSE THEY WERE TOO SLOW!! The after hours actually sent it to them and WALGREENS. about an 1 & a half of my friend waiting they tell her that they didnt have our Insurance information (another lie) bc we have used them in the past - multiple times & that they needed to have it to process everything.I sent them it to her.She leaves about 30 mins later bc it took them that long Still. When she gets here I open the bag we have a prescription for my 11 m old that wasn’t even prescribed to her & the dosage was the SAME AS MY ALMOST four year olds antibiotic he received. the antibiotic for my son was STILL IN A POWDER FORM and the antibiotic that they somehow prescribe my daughter without a prescription was also in powder form. WHEN BOTH BOTTLES CLEARLY SAY WHITE LIQUID.My main concern is that they obviously have people working in that pharmacy who have no idea what they are doing & giving meds to the public! What if I would have gave my daughter unknowingly the dosage for a four year old & she was allergic?
