Called this location to check on a product. Employee said she would check & put my call on hold--call was somehow transferred to customer service for some reason. After explaining, customer service transferred me back to pharmacy. The pharmacist answered & I had to give him product details that employee from original call was supposed to be checking on. He then reported that product wasn't available. He didn't mention if it was stocked at all or to order online. I thanked him for checking & ended call. Later on same day, as I was shopping this location, I went by pharmacy to check for myself and found the EXACT product I had inquired about earlier! Brought the box to pharmacy window to comment on this issue & employee was quite rude. No apology, only saying 'we'll know about this product for next time!' Since I needed the product immediately, I had to purchase it for almost twice as much at another national brand pharmacy! It appears that my product inquiry was either too difficult to handle or too much of a bother!
