Best Western Ville Platte offers a friendly and helpful staff, making guests feel welcome during their stay. The hotel features clean, recently renovated rooms with great space and nice views. Breakfast is highly praised for its freshness and variety, including coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. The location is convenient, with a restaurant within walking distance. However, some guests noted issues with room assignments, particularly for handicapped accessibility, as there is no elevator to the second floor. Overall, visitors appreciate the comfort and cleanliness, and many plan to return.

Doing our stay at Best Western we find that the rooms were clean. The parking lot was safe. We had a very nice view from the room. Breakfast was all right. The staff was very friendly. For me and my family best Western is getting five stars
