Had a repair under the hood and once everything was said and done I started driving home and my hood flew up because it wasn’t even closed all the way. Earlier today I called in for an appointment to take a look at my truck when someone on the phone just hung up on me while I was still asking questions. I’m not sure where you were raised, but I wasn’t taught to rudely hang up in the middle of a phone call about something very important with a customer. For the most part, very nice staff except that one off occurrence.

I Read everyone reviews before Going to this Location and Thought wow ok I’ll give it A go; I drove over PAID MY CAR INSPECTION FEE “ to Have vehicle looked at to see what the problem could be.I was told it’s NOT A CASE OF WHAT IT COULD BE !!The problem IS AND WAS MY BRAND NEW COMPRESSOR ,that was only on there a few daysThey Demanded.I Need a Little “ AC WORK DONE , Bc my hoses were messed up I explained;and I Needed it replaced so my vehicle could cool but my claim was dismissed and put on back burner, they charged me a little over $880.00 to replace the {compressor }that was supposed to be my vehicle AC issue.just to put that Part on and have it work for NOT EVEN 10 mins and Quit just after they gave Truck Back to me ? days passed total of four days of leaving it with them for hours 7:50 -8 am -2:20-2:30 3 days b2b just for it not to be working still ,, today was day 4 and it was there from 7-9:30 am just for them to bring me my vehicle back with ac still not Fixed and I can’t get even a partial refund of my money back !!Warning ⛔️ And worse of all they want additional $400.00 to fix what I paid the $800.00 to do the first time , How insulting , And criminal , I FEEL TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF !!! ⛔️ I’m reporting this to BBB this is 200$ Per the initial fee !! NOTIFY ATTOURNEY GENERAL; PUT *THIS ON WATCH LIST DEFINITELY HAD A TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY * I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU WANT VEHICLE REPAIR ?? THIS IS ALSO KNOW AS ⛔️NAPPA ⛔️Warning ⛔️ WONT RECOMMEND their service TO ANY DECENT PERSON !! Had some tires put on. The service is absolutely great. I even tried to dive off without paying ( not intentionally y'all) and they were all really nice about it. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody who wants quality tires, parts, accessories, and service with a sense of humor. 5 stars from this girl!!

Living in Lafourche Parish that got destroyed by Hurricane Ida. My daughter and 4 dogs had left the day before the storm to head to Shreveport for safety with my mom. The morning of the 21st I left around 5am to head to Shreveport to pick up my daughter and pets to finally bring them home.
