Bought a Bayou Classic propane fish fryer from here, but I use it as a mini boiler for small batches of shrimp and other seafood. Boils the perfect amount for two to three people! Thank you Mr Matt! They have everything you need in one store and the staff is so nice we always love visiting from Ohio!
