Loves has shrank the size of there burritos so much that the white stickers they use to slap on the back has to be folded around the edges and corners making it look like they obviously shrunk it. It is really comical and a true reminder how greedy this place has become. Have the decency enough to get a new label that is half the size so it fits your half the size burrito.

Today I witnessed an out of uniform What I assume is the manager of Arby's restaurant talking to the employees that was working like dogs. It's unbelievable that loves actually allows their employees to be treated like this by their management. One girl was actually in tears coming out from in the back of the restaurant. Just cursing and not caring Who heard? And the reason I assume it was a manager because she was back there Just doing whatever in regular clothes.If that was my child or my my kin people like to sue the hell out of y'all because nobody I mean nobody should ever be disrespected like that. Especially when all they're doing is working sad, sad, sad, sad. I will not be coming back here and I will continue to tell what's going on every time I see it cause it's not right and I dare someone to ever do that to my child or my family member.A lawsuit for bullying is what I see.

The cashier was told I needed menthol pods she didn’t give me the right ones. When I got home I opened them and figured out they was not menthol! Came back up here and because I opened them they refuse to give me my money back or exchange them! Just the box was opened not the pods themselves!!! Will not be coming back here!

When we arrived for a bathroom stop the womens bathroom was a complete disaster. 5 stalls no toliet paper. 3 sinks no paper towels. It was a mess.

Came in for tire repairs. After evaluation the shop lead tech informed me I needed to replace rear rotors as well. Tech Steve was assigned to my truck and did a great job. Very thorough, and transparent. Expressed his concerned and the importance of the repairs. Even had me do a couple laps around the parking lot to ensure functionality. Definitely recommend my guy for any job. Won’t be disappointed!!

Great customer service and very welcoming. That's why I chose 2 stars. The showers are awful disgusting. I don't think they clean them as they should. Mold all through out the shower. Showers need a good scrubbing and bleach. Floors were filthy.
