About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only organization in the country that regularly delivers to every residential and business address. Committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery of mail and packages, USPS manages over 30,000 retail locations and processes 47% of the world's mail. Customers generally have positive experiences at the local Post Office, with the front desk staff described as "very nice and understanding" and willing to help with postage needs. However, some customers have faced issues with USPS mail carriers, reporting missing or delayed packages, as well as the continued delivery of mail for previous tenants despite address changes. While USPS strives to offer efficient and reliable service, some customers have expressed a preference for alternative shipping providers like UPS when it comes to package deliveries. Overall, the USPS continues to play a vital role in providing essential postal services to communities across the United States.

The women at the front desk are always extremely helpful and friendly. The man who brings my mail is smiling at all times. I have never had even one negative experience. These people work hard and do their jobs perfectly.
