“On October 6, 2024 my husband and myself were staying at an Airbnb in Vivian on Caddo Lake. My husbands truck wouldn't start. I called O'Reillys as soon as they opened. I did not catch the guy employees name or the manager on duty name. This lady was literally the nicest person I have ever met. She sent out the employee to jump our truck off so we could make it to O'Reilly to buy 2 batteries. We were only about 15 minutes from town. But I cannot thank them enough for going out of their way to help people from out of town. We didn't know anyone in town because of course we were not from there. Thank you both for being the best.”
