7-28-2025 representative was rude, unhelpful and laughed when I left as if a successful venture occurred. I called ahead for help, was told to come in the store, and asked to leave to take care of my problem online. So I asked for assistance with that and was explained he was busy Walmart is available and it's self explanatory.

Ayden was a blessing in our day. Made the phone buying and transfer process as easy and seamless as possible. If you ever need anything go see Ayden. Definitely made this the best ATT experience we’ve ever had.

Me and my Daughter went to the AT&T store in Walker to get her a new phone and I have to say that a nice young man named Ayden really took good care of us. He was courteous, patient, and professional and come to find out from a conversation with him he’s a Dallas Cowboys fan like me lol but he was really nice and we appreciate his customer service

I ran over my iPhone and Dallas & Ayden made the process of getting a new one, plus my data back so pleasant. She was super friendly and knowledgeable about my account and phone. Will send everyone to them from now on!

Dallas was great! She went above and beyond to work through our complicated issue and did it with ease. She is training a couple of new people as well and it was great to see their eagerness to learn new things and they all just had such positive attitudes and were very kind the whole time we were there. Dallas and D’Kayla never seemed bothered that it looked like we would be there past closing time while the phones finished transferring. They were all 3 very professional.
