Went in to get a new phone and the guy looked up from his phone asked how can I help you? I said I’d like to look at new phone and started looking he never got up from his seat and never got off his his phone.. maybe they shouldn’t be allowed to use personal phones on work time when customers come into the store. You lost a customer you could have sold a phone today.

if they arent making commision off you they refuse to help . the hood rat in the store made sure she was less than helpful , would not even give me a at&t phone number capable of being called from a land line , the girl had poor hygine un washed and bug filled hair and smelled of 5 day old body odor . her attitude said everything as she sprinted out of sight as i walked in avoid the location .

Worst experience ever. Went in because my sim card just stopped working and the girl there made it clear she was tired of dealing with all these people. Actually I heard her say exactly this to whoever she was talking to on her bluetooth earpiece. She was completely useless and should not even have a job there. But went the very next day to the one on juban and the sweet girl there fixed it within minutes. I will drive out of my way to go to juban from now on.

The ONLY person in the store was great. She was new and this location thought it'd be a great idea to leave them alone. Sounds like management is either d*** or just doesn't care. I had a rather complicated issue and after the rep made a few phone calls, part of the issue was resolved.

Encountered a problem with one of two Samsung 5G phones I brought with me when I switched to ATT from T Mobile. Two employees told me that T-Mobile phones wouldn't work with an ATT sim card. Odd since it worked for the 14 days since the switch. My second T Mobile continues to work fine with the ATT sim card. The employees emphatically repeated their position and even refused to view the call history on the phone showing its use THAT VERY DAY.I was enroute to Arizona from Florida and wanted a phone for safety so, in desperation, I said I'd buy another phone on-the-spot. I was then told I couldn't buy one because my account was too new. At one point, she even said I couldn't buy another phone for 30 days. The sales person said that if I really needed a phone on the interim, I should go next door to Walmart and get a pre-paid. D**** Referring me to a competitor?I had ATT for many years, but changed to T Mobile several months ago because it was cheaper. You get what you pay for, so I returned to ATT because T Mobile reception and data service were the pits.I watched my demeanor and language carefully throughout this encounter because I didn't want to tick off these folks. Communication is a two-way street. In the end, it was their dismissive attitude that cost the Walker store a sale at the cost of my safety on this trip.When I got to Phoenix, I went to the first ATT store I saw. They sold me a new iPhone and restored my service WITHIN 5 MINUTES. That is totally the service I always got at ATT before I made my T Mobile boo boo.Is ATT a totally different company in Arizona from the clown store in Walker, Louisiana that lost themselves a $500 sale?

After 10+ days, finally had to call loyalty services to try to get my account back to where it was supposed to be. Ended up having to pay way more due to them not being able to fix it. Calls were not returned, I was also hung up on after pointing out they'd messed up my account....again.... will definitely NOT be going back.

I was a customer with version and had so many problems with them for years. Today at AT&T Megan Trendt was so patient and helpful. We were on hold for over 2 hours with Verizon. She waited and answered all our questions. Definitely go to AT&T and ask for Megan!!!
