“My A/C had a 12,000 mile 1 year warranty, and a couple of days before the 1yr was up starting giving me some trouble, I knew I was way past the 12,000 miles I thought I was going to have to pay a lot to repair it, I know a/c repair can be expensive. One amazing woman stepped in, listened to what I had already been through, and made the executive decision to help my situation.
