I had a very pleasant experience at the Walker Location on 12/3/24. My Battery was on the blink, so I got a jump start and headed to this location. I bought a Battery for my Truck and asked if they could do the install.
The Big Man behind the counter was Hunter J. He made the sale grabbed his tools and did the install. He took care of everything, even a little repair of the terminal connector that was stripped out. Throughout the entire experience, Hunter was super nice, very professional and Customer Service was his priority. I'm somewhat disabled and can't lift nor am I very handy with the tools. He took great care of me. I will be back anytime I need parts or supplies. Thanks Hunter, for being there.
UPDATE: May 2024..... My Wife was caught in the rain driving home and her windshield wiper started ripping apart. She stopped at this Auto Zone location and got her a new set of wipers. Thankfully, Hunter was there as she explained her problem and not knowing how to install the wipers. Hunter went out to her truck and snapped off the old wipers and installed the new wipers. She was very relieved. Just want to say thanks again to Hunter and Auto Zone for being Great Folks.

Staff is friendly, store is clean. Selection for what I needed wasnt as good as what was available at the other parts store down the road. But Autozone stays open a little later than them, so it still worked out that I at least got the part needed.

Auto zone in walker they are very helpful and very smart on mechanical part and they make sure you leave happy very good staff I think higher up need to pay attention to this auto zone keep up the good work

Always friendly and knowledgeable staff to help me with whatever I need. Today Matthew helped me. He took the time to find me a bundle deal with my oil filter (received a free air filter with my purchase valued at $21). Keep up the great service. Great service with a friendly smile is hard to find these days….you can definitely 💯 find it at this Auto Zone!!

A Comedy of Errors at Walker AutoZone!
Stopped by Walker AutoZone to grab brake pads for the wife’s car and spark plugs for mine. The staff was friendly, the store was organized, and the checkout was a breeze. Fast forward to the part where I heroically pop the hoods at home, ready to impress with my automotive prowess…only to discover I had bought brake pads for my car and spark plugs for hers. ?
It seems I was too distracted by so many bright shiny displays saying 50% off or perhaps the $2 packets of brake pad jelly (that never seem to have enough and feel like an empty ketchup packet) to realize I’d mixed up the purchases.
If you’re looking for a place with great service, quality products, and a good laugh at your own expense, Walker AutoZone is the place to go. Just double-check your parts before you leave—unless you’re into plot twists. ?
