“I have been with Hancock Whitney for MANY years now. I have had complaints and positive comments to say about this financial institution over time. My biggest worry in our bank is loss of customer communication. There are no direct lines for quick questions anymore.Months ago, my husband and I were rethinking financial options and HAD to meet with someone (face to face) to take care of our business. I usually deal with HW in Walker, Louisiana. I always feel welcome into this branch. It says alot for the staff when the customer does not feel intimidated and overwhelmed by the big life decisions that are being made when they walk into the bank.In recent months, we have had to deal with HW once again. Mrs. Beverly Frazier has helped us from the beginning till the end. I have had to call and visit Mrs. Frazier with questions. When we sat down with her, we felt comfortable. Walking out the door, we felt relief. I am thankful that we still have banks that still have personal connections with the community. Please do not loose this important quality with your customers.
