I’ve been meaning to shop my auto insurance for a while but have been putting it off. I called today and Danielle saved me big money in one phone call on auto and as a bonus we discussed home insurance and she saved me money there as well on the same coverage. Although the financial savings is a blessing, Danielle was kind, efficient and I got off the phone feeling like if something was to happen, they’d take care of their customers. Local support is so important.

When shopping around for insurances, I was communicating with Brittany back and forth on what we wanted. She answered all of our questions and was so helpful walking us through the process. We love having someone local you can call/text for any questions you have. Working with her was what sold us on State Farm. We met with her in office to go over the paperwork, she was nice and thorough. She gave us a bag of State Farm goodies & even included some stickers for our children which was so thoughtful of her. She truly is there to help and we appreciate her so much.

Our previous HOI carrier increased their annual rates, prompting us to shop around for a better quote. I was connected with Brittany Pittman through the State Farm site, and I couldn’t be happier with the service.
Brittany was incredibly helpful and patient as we requested multiple changes to our quotes before making a decision. When I visited the office to sign up for our policies, Brittany’s in-person assistance was outstanding. But it didn’t stop there—the entire team at Bryron Gill’s State Farm Office in Walker was super nice.
