Can't say enough great things about them from start to finish! They always kept me updated every week if not twice a week. They handled everything with the insurance. And the people working there are so welcoming and kind. Will for sure be back if the need ever arises again!

Fast, friendly, and professional! I thought it would take a month for my car and it was done in less than 3 weeks! They updated me almost daily , and they detailed my car when I picked it up :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They repaired the front bumper in my car and I could not be more pleased with them. They were very efficient. Worked in the car so fast that I couldn’t believe it. They also cleaned my car to perfection. It made it smell so good. I highly recommend Gerber on Florida to anyone. I gave them 5 starts because that’s the max I could get. I am 100% pleased with the service offered. Gabrielle was the best as well. She is so kind and fun to talk to.

Absolutely incredible customer service from start to finish. They communicate with you regularly to give you updates on your vehicle which is really nice because you don’t ever have to call them and feel like you’re bugging them to receive updates. I would 100% recommend Gerber to everybody I know for vehicle repair services! Thanks for everything Gerber!!!

From start to finish, outstanding customer service. They communicated every step of the process with text updates, and finished a $4k repair in 4 days. My car looks amazing. It was a pleasure working with their entire team. I live in Watson and initially went to a shop much closer to my house, but the dude who looked at my car was such a mansplainer, telling what he was NOT going to fix and talking to me like I was 8 years old. I made the drive to Walker and could not be more pleased with the outcome. Go to Gerber!

Work was Done Aug-Sept 18th Job wasn't completed they left off the hide hitch I asked why and they claimed it had to be approved bc it was separate from the whole bumper replacement. okay cool, but Now Middle of Oct and I can never get anyone to answer the phone or return phone calls to see if this was approved or what I need to do to get it approved. Is this place still open?Services: Painting
