Harold in the pharmacy is always a great help. Never seen anyone so positive at any pharmacy. Not too long of a wait time if you put order in in person. Calling in takes a long time. Use the app or give order in person

Pharmacy rude and store clerks just as rude. They need to close this store down. Items are rarely on the shelves. Pharmacy doesn’t even answer the phone. They’ll tell you your order is ready you go to pick it up and then they tell you we don’t have anything for you..

I wish I had looked at reviews on this pharmacy before I changed to it, THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!I stayed on the phone 20 minutes trying to get them on the phone about one of my medications just disappointed that a major pharmacy like that does not care to talk to their customers ?

Pharmacy never answers phone calls. When I phone front of store they tell me pharmacy is busy and it's a 30 to 60 minute wait for calls to be answered.

I avoid calling the pharmacy as much as I can. Service there is fine normally. But I've gotten an answer once calling in the last 5 times calling them. Once, someone picked up after 5 minutes or so. That's eh but not the worst. Other than that though when I was desperate enough I've waited over an hour until I got automatically disconnected from the wait on two occasions. None during the lunch break hours or closed hours. Another time I hung up after 30 minutes or so. Today I waited 30 minutes and gave up. It's not exactly great phone service. Especially when an hour is about 12-30 customers. Avoid the phones if you can.

January 16th 2023 I caught CVS lying to me set my prescription would be ready after 12:00 noon course when I got there at 1 it was not ready and started rolling down the big cage closing for lunch I stopped them and asked where's my prescription they said they were closing for lunch came back at 2:30 to pick up prescription again girl at the counter had a bad attitude and rolling her eyes at me you must have got in trouble cuz she got caught in a lie made a complaint with the manager I'm going to change pharmacies

I’m just trying to see how long it takes to fill a prescription. Inquiring minds would really like to know. Waited in line for 1 hour and my prescription still isn’t ready. I was told it would be ready by 3pm. It is now 6pm. Still not ready. Get it together!!!

The Walker CVS is a train wreck of a pharmacy. Rude employees, unable to timely refill prescriptions, and blame others for their inability to provide a service.

The reason they may have trouble answering the phone, or don't come to the counter right away, is because they are constantly busy working the drive-thru window. Just like any business, everyone has a role for their job. The person way on the other side weighing out medications isn't going to stop and come answer the phone specially for you. The people who are supposed to answer the phones are likely the same ones you see constantly talking to customers. If you were in the store or drive-thru and they answered the phone instead of helping you, you'd complain about that too. These technicians aren't terrible. Customers are terrible. I have never once walked in this store and met a rude employee or seen any of them standing around. I have, however, witnessed a few customers coming in ill-prepared or acting entitled toward the employees.I get a friendly greeting upon entering and exiting this store every time. The store is always very clean and well-stocked.If there is a problem with the order of your prescription, call your doctor. If it's an insurance problem, your doctor office can probably fix that too. They can't help you if they're on a hold loop all day trying to solve everyone's problems over the phone.I never have to call or use the app. My doctor sends my prescription to them and I get a text when it is ready. It couldn't be more simple. We recently changed a medication and my doctor said it might be a few days to be approved by insurance because it's more expensive. I got it 1 day late. Got a text that it was ready when I wasn't even expecting it.

If you dont care about getting your medicine on time and love to deal with extra stress and anxiety, then this is the perfect pharmacy. Over 4 years now and every month getting medicine has been a ridiculous process. These people should be put in prison for the fact that distributing people's medicine is a huge responsibility and they just dont care if you have it or not. Im surprised that someone hasn't died yet behind their unorganized dirty pharmacy. Peace out CVS Im finally taking my business else where!

Worst CVS. They simply do not answer their phone ever. They are consistently late with filling and have the nerve to tell me the earliest they can get to it is 30 minutes later. This isn’t just since COVID/labor shortage. This place has always been the worst. It also doesn’t help that the area is very trashy. Get ready to wait in line behind someone that doesn’t understand how the world works and wants to solve Medicaid problems at a pharmacy drive thru and or pick up their controlled substance long before it is due to be refilled, by law.

How you going to be a big pharmacy and not even take Medicaid lol? I guess this place things they are too good for government insurance. They need to worry about fixing how there janky stores look. Walgreens is far more superior. Wish this place would go out of business.

You can never get through to them when caliing. Called to transfer a prescription was on ring for 25mins. (No one ever picked up) Called back, another 15 no pick up. Then called later in day once again, another 20mins. Is no one working there??Workers are very rude (when picked up in store) and they never have a prescription when needed.
