Worst experience ever took my Nissan titan there for them to change the valve cover gasket and then I get it back and it’s pouring oil and I bring it back and they say oh we tighten the gasket down and I said no your going to replace the gasket and they started aguring with me!!!! Never take your vehicle here and then they tell me I’m not aloud at the shop because I raised hell!!! Have a Warranty on truck and now they are telling me since I was mad that I can’t bring truck back there to be worked on!

Make sure to get prices in writing because if they tell you something wrong they will charge you for it and charge you 4% for paying the bill

My husband had his oil changed just before a road trip last week and requested that his brakes be checked. Paperwork says brakes OK. Took it to another shop when we got back because brakes were making a noise. There are no brake pads lefts, metal on metal. Now we need to spend $1300 to fix their mistake, not counting how dangerous it was to haul a heavily loaded trailer in that condition.

My A/C had a 12,000 mile 1 year warranty, and a couple of days before the 1yr was up starting giving me some trouble, I knew I was way past the 12,000 miles I thought I was going to have to pay a lot to repair it, I know a/c repair can be expensive. They went ahead and warranty the work. 5 🌟 to you Gonzales auto.

Don't go to this place if yourre a female. They will try to scam you into overpaying. And then if you refuse their service they will overcharge on the diagnostic check. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Gonzales Tires on Walker is absolutely incredible! They’re the definition of fast and efficient service. I came in with an issue, and they had me back on the road in no time. I paid 137.oo for them to run test on my truck..they said I had water in my oil...not....then they kept telling me that they knew of some one to replace my motor.... after I brought it there I bearly have any head lights...I don't get it...

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The first time I came here was a week and a half ago because my oil pan was cracked. They immediately took it to the back and shortly after told me what all needed to be replaced. I asked them how long it would take to get my car back because I was expecting multiple days and they told me that my car would be finished the next day. Sure enough, I get a call that next afternoon and my car was ready to be picked up. More recently, today, my car started running funny and brought it up to them. They initially said they may not get to it today because of other repairs they had and that is completely understandable being that I brought my car around 12:30/1:00. They called me about 45 minutes later and told me they diagnosed it and told me I needed all new coils and spark plugs. I asked them about how long it would take and he said oh it will be done before closing time. Around 3:00 I got a phone call and my car was ready. I went and picked it up and it runs so well now. They are super efficient, fast, reliable, excellent communicators, and overall very nice people. I am so pleased with them and I will never go anywhere else.
