Did you know that in the morning? They deliberately go through the store and pull all the discount colored tags for the day. I was a bit shocked when I watched. Does employee go through every rack of clothes pulling out the colored tags for the day and taking them to the backroom, So no one would find them.
Now you know why you can't ever find them.
They don't want you to find the discounted items.
The kicker is, is they get all of this, donated to them for free.
Oh, look at them trying to cover their little tail with a big fat lie.
They deliberately remove the cell tags on the day that it is their color. So if the light tag is on sale. They deliberately go through the store in the morning and take out all the white tags so that you cannot find them. If it was to do with overstock, they would leave them on until the end of the day but they do not do that.The owner is a bold face liar.
Not to mention how much they charge for donated free.Items.

The hispanic lady with white hair always has the worst attitude for no apparent reason and they always seem to put her upfront! She is always very rude and extremely unhelpful. Everyone else there just seems to be the ultimate scum. They act like they own the stuff! This is the worst goodwill in all of southern America for sure. Fire that lady!

Disgusting! I went in this past Tuesday and what I witnessed turned my stomach. I watch a Goodwill manager AND their cashier BULLY an elderly woman so badly that she left without the pair of boots she wanted telling her if she didn't shut up about wanting the boots, (the manager snatched them from the tiny woman) she'd throw the elderly lady out and wouldn't let her come back. All because a pair of boots had a price written with a silver paint pen. Apparently the lady just wanted to know if the boots were the correct color tag for the 50% off sale. The lady looked to be in her 80s and frail. The manager snatched the boots from her and refused to sell them saying that they wouldn't sell them to her. That they'd be put back out tomorrow but that they wouldn't be sold to her. I was so mad, then a few minutes after the elderly woman left with tears in her eyes the manager brought the boots back out putting them on display behind the cash register. I left my full cart and walked out. I am a full time reseller, and I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE. When did Goodwill start to belittle those in the community they are supposed to serve?

Great store for clothes and other items at times. Goodwill prices have went up of course over the years. They still do color codes for each week on items that are half off. Definitely worth it for a thrift store that always has new items coming in everyday, especially if you need to run in and grab a change of clothes for your kid right the and there. I WOULD ADVISED TO SANITIZE AND DISINFECT BEFORE PUTTING THE ITEMS ON if this is the case. Id come back once a week

Very neat and tidy store. The employees are friendly. I find that a lot of items are special priced a bit over what they are worth. Ex. Boys shorts Walmart brand 8.99

Store is clean and staff are friendly. However, the prices have gotten ridiculously high. They are stocking lots of new, cheaply made items. I used to visit the store at least three times a week, now I may go once a month.

I've noticed this store goes back and forth with pricing ....and they're back up again. Example: $9 for a used bra, really? It's not a $80 bra either.

I like it a lot, I always find interesting things. I would like them to be better cleaned since the smell is a bit strong of humidity. Prices are good. I like the comfortable and accessible place. I like one of the best here in Livingstone

Items marked way too expensive. A used pair of shorts marked $7.99 that are new for $5.98 down the street at Walmart. Tag holes in shoulder seams instead of through shirt tag, rendering the clothing destroyed. The employees were very nice when I complained. Store was clean and in order.

This is one of the most organized thrift store I’ve visited and each week they announced 50% off price by tag color. The only thing is they do not offer any handicap assistance such as a wheelchair or easy access to restroom but I love shopping here. Good quality, clean clothes.
