I have used The Storage Spot since 2016. Would definitely recommend them. Mr. Bob is very nice and helpful!

I wish I could give them zero stars. The final price ended up being more than twice what I was originally quoted. The crew was really nice but there were a lot of issues starting with arriving 45 minutes late. One of the crew members did a ton of slacking, I mean literally just wandering around, rearranging boxes, etc. A couch that I specifically said was not coming with me was wrapped up (I stopped him as he was bringing it out to put in in the truck) so I paid for this item to be wrapped and then unwrapped. A door was removed and not put back, shelf brackets were lost, items were scratched/scraped, garbage was left at both locations. and lots of other little things happened that I was not happy about. I was charged for a mattress bag that I did not need (I provided my own) and a lunch break that I was told would be subtracted from the total time. Though I had issues with the very slow speed and extended time to load up the truck (3 men took 2 1/2 hours to load a fully boxed up 1000 sf townhouse with minimal furniture) the bigger issue occurred when I called the company. I really just wanted a refund for the mattress bag, lunch break, and an adjustment for wasted time. The person I spoke to basically told me I was wrong and that he would refund the mattress bag and look into the other issues. He claimed that the lunch break was subtracted but it doesn't show up on the invoice (it was not - the math works out that I paid for the lunch break) and that he would get back to me. He never did and I did not receive any portion of the overpayment. I would never use this company again and recommend that nobody else use them either.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. This is by far the worst moving company I've EVER dealt with. First off they show up on time and the calamities start. The driver/boss begins giving orders which none of the workers care about. Then they begin to shrink wrap the furniture. On the 20th round around the love seat I finally stopped the guys and said that's enough shrink wrap. The game here is that they are charging for supplies so it's obviously their job to use as much as possible. Then OMG they started moving the furniture into their truck this was the biggest mess I've ever seen. They said to leave the articles in the dressers and such that they would be fine, well I'm sure they would have been if they didn't turn every piece of furniture upside down to move it. This was worse than having the three stooges move your belongings. Then after we get to the new residence and after the first driver was fired and a replacement had to be brought in, which they charged me an hour to travel to go pick him up, mind you this is only 4.65 miles down the road from the original location they begin to unload and FINISH destroying our belongings. They lost all of the bolts to the tables and hutch they beat our new Samsung four door refrigerator to where it looks like it's ten years old now and left half of the furniture in the middle of the rooms for my wife and I to put in place. Their claims area joke. Basically they ask how much the item weighs and pay you .60 per pound which still is to be seen. The calamities go on and I just wanted to warn you folks this company is as shady as they come!! You've been warned!!

Zero stars??? Just say no!! Run, go elsewhere, do NOT have these people move you. They talk a slick game on the phone to get your business. Chris quoted me 3 hours to move my furniture. It took THREE men FIVE HOURS to move a 10x15 storage unit containing 1,000 square feet of furniture consisting of a queen bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, couch, 2 recliners, washer, dryer, refrigerator, 2 small living room tables. That's it. We had used Uhaul movers when my fiancé was there to drive the truck. I had to do the move without him this time due to him working out of state. I was not driving a 26' moving truck so I had to hire someone. I wish I had not used All My Sons. What's worse is they were an hour late, past the 2 hour window. They charged me for the 1.25 hours of rain delay that we experienced. I was assured I'd get a refund but it has yet to happen. I am telling everyone who will listen to NOT use this company. If I had to do it again, I'd have waited or found someone to drive the 26' box truck and used Uhaul movers Move It or Lose It. Cowboy's TWO men moved the same furniture into the storage unit, including travel time, in less than THREE hours. Call someone else's sons to move your things, not All My Sons.

We used All My Sons this summer. Actual moving part was good; however, the movers were 45 min late with no phone call letting us know they would be late. Also, don't fall for their stalling technique of "will you take a photo next to the moving van with us and give us a review online?" Taking the photo actually adds time to the clock so they can round up the pro-rated rate. Little did I know that doing THEM a favor by taking a photo with the movers would add another 15 minutes to the clock for my rate. Added up to a another extra charge! Beware of the upcharges. They will quote one rate then surprise you with a grand total.

I had the displeasure of hiring All My Sons Moving & Storage - worst experience ever!!!! I've never hired movers so I had no idea about what happens, at least with this company. A guy named Mitch quoted me over the phone based on the things I told him I would need to be moved $700-900 and said it would be $189 an hour for 4 guys, I paid him a $100 deposit, he says he will also give me a $50 coupon, I thought this was a low price so I specifically question him and ask him whether he will hit me with a big bill at the end, he laughs and says "No". Well, ends up they charged $249 an hour, and the bill was $2,300 The moving guys show up and hand you a tablet with pages of legal crap that you have to sign which you have no time to understand or ask questions about because the mover guy doesn't know a thing and you are on the clock at $249 an hour. So, I call the office guy Jared and ask him "why didn't you send me this stuff ahead of time so I could read and understand it before I'm on the clock" and he says the system won't allow it. I tell him that's ridiculous, he says to me it's the same as if I hired a company to spray for bugs they don't send the contract ahead of time. I tell him I don't appreciate him being so flippant with me and uncaring but he insists that when he called me prior to the move he told me what to expect and that is absolutely not correct, he deliberately did not explain things so I would really know what to expect. When it happens you basically have no choice, I had to move to sell my house and there is no time to hire another company, you are at the mercy of the moving company and they know it. Of course I argued with him but he could care less, it was like it's their business model, he is the worst, totally uncaring, I get the feeling that he does this everyday to customers. Next comes the actual bill which you must pay or they won't unload your stuff until you sign another bunch of stuff and hand them your credit card and you don't have time to really read and understand it or question anything, your stuff is basically held hostage until you pay whatever they want to charge. Of course you're on the clock and you are tired and exhausted so you pay. I felt like I was dealing with the mafia. I called Jared again after the move to tell him he overcharged me an extra hour, which I have not been reimbursed for, he said he would have to check the mover guys GPS, I told him that he had no problem checking it when I got the bill. He didn't email me a copy of the bill or the other documents I signed, I ask him why I didn't get an email of the bill and he says he doesn't have my email address, I told him you had no problem sending me emails when you were trying to get my business but u don't have it when it's time to send a bill. Also, they charged $173 for what he called a diesel 10% state required tax on the total amount of the bill, I have no idea if that's legitimate or not and he insists he told me about the 10% but what he didn't explain it's 10% of the bill not 10% of the diesel used. Another $375 for packing material, at 75 sheets of paper at $3.75 a sheet and that stuff was just thrown all over the floor, that's ridiculous. Anyway, it is really sad how this all plays out and I'm finding out from others they get stuck with big bills too from this company. I would absolutely NEVER use this company again, people please be aware the low ball quote and the triple actual price charged. People need to be aware of what can happen and some people probably can't pay the bill, it's very sad and infuriating.

Such a frustrating experience. I called over a month ago, and was given by far the best quote in the city. Of course, I booked! When called two days before, the quote nearly doubled. When I started asking question, I was blown off with "you booked with a call center, I don't know what they told you" and eventually told that my move would was being canceled because I was "clearly difficult." Shame on me for not reading outside reviews before scheduling, as this seems to be standard practice for this management team. And had they not canceled my move, the charges would have likely been even higher. Grateful to have dodged this bullet, and even more grateful to have found a replacement service on short notice with excellent customer service.

DO NOT HIRE!!! We paid a deposit of $555 then later had to cancel its now been nearly three weeks and company has not refunded us and won't even respond to calls about getting a refund. Moving is stressful enough without hiring shady companies. AGAIN DO NOT HIRE!!!! IDK Whose sons these are but they're no good.

Management lives on the property for extra security. Always felt secure with my valuables stored there. Best rates I've found in the area.

Truck broke down and caused 4.5 hour delay for arrival to destination causing crew to time out and have to leave before all planned work was done. Yes, they stopped the clock for hourly rate while truck issues were handled; and yes I understand equipment can fail. but As soon as truck was ready and on the road the clock started again. Even though they were very late and we were unable to finish; no offer to discount the service for the delays and hassle and no solution on how to finish. Also - they do EXTENSIVE paperwork via an iPad tablet before work starts - that goes on and on ad nauseum where customer signs like 10 places - all while the crew is standing around doing nothing with the clock running. Paperwork again at destination for total of half an hour. Customer should NOT have to pay for 4 men to sit idle while doing job paperwork; paperwork that could easily be done via website ahead of time. Also they charge full labor hourly rate while the crew is riding in the truck. Man that could add up if traveling a number of hours. I won't use them again for sure.

Beware of business practices and poor service. Quoted one price on the phone and charged another higher price at job. Would not honor phone price. Added additional charges for packing, wrap, mattress cover, and boxes that were not even used or brought in house... all they did was help roll out a rug that was already in the house. Crew was easy to work with and hard working, but have no control over the business practices. Also watch out for lengthy time filling out paperwork. They bill for this additional time also. Check their Better Business Bureau rating first. I wish we had.

So this company didn't move anything for us but they did volunteer their time to help with my son's "Make a Wish". The company received all materials and put them together and help set everything up for his media room. All workers were very nice and the owner Tristan was very accommodating and helpful.
