Taking a moment to rave about my carrier, Tammy M., from the Walker branch. We never have issues when she is delivering. She's very helpful with my incoming packages and picking up my packages outbound when I can't get to the post office. She's been the carrier for years and I never have to worry about not receiving something important!

Very friendly staff who are knowledgeable, but the hours are inconvenient for people who work 8 or 9-5 jobs.

I moved to another state and made a transfer of address which apparently is not working. I have to call walker to find out what's going on. Been calling for 45 minutes no answer.

Was supposed to have a package delivered that already delayed. Then driver was too lazy to get out and leave the package on my porch. They claimed there was no secure location to leave the package. Nonsense.

You can't even talk to your branch where you live. You have to talk to a computer. I don't know 1 person that doesn't want to speak to a human being. It's sad when you try to find a letter you handed the post lady at the post office here and it still is not received in just the next state over in a whole week. The address was definitely correct.

I just want to rave about Deandre. He was such a breath of fresh air at this post office. He was so informative, respectful, and helpful! This man deserves some praise. I hope his manager sees this. This was the most pleasant experience I’ve had at the post office and it’s because of him. Glad to be using Walker post office now!
