Most Walgreens now aren't that great but I'm let down that this one has gotten so bad over the years. The customer service is awful and lazy. I will now be switching pharmacies because it's so ridiculous and I gave them chance after chance to make it right. It's either they can't seem to figure something out, their attitude is bad or they could care less.

Dropped script off on Wednesday 4-30-25 at 7:20pm was told it is at least a 2 hour wait! I'm appalled honestly I've never been told more than 30 min! Should've went to CVS!

Horrible service all around. Had to go to desk 4 times to verify the same information, waited 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment, was told results will be ready in 30 minutes after calling and waiting for 15 minutes I was told it actually takes 2 hours. If you need actual medical advice or help I’d recommend anywhere else.

Just go to the walgreens in Denham Springs! By the time u sit and wait in their lines here in walker, you could have already driven to denham walgreens and be back on your way home! I see alot of people complain about them being so slow, so why hasn't this issue been resolved? Why don't management ask Denham Walgreens for advice! I don't like giving low stars, but enough is enough. Their also out of stock on stuff often as well.

Currently at the walgreens since 1030 and the employees are just standing there door locked doing nothing refusing to let people in.

if i could leave zero stars i would. Samatha (Sam) is a disgusting pharmacist tech. I hope she gets fired for her rude attitude. I will never be back and no one deserved to be treated the way she acts.
