Since my service has been started, I’ve been told multiple times that I would receive a bulk pick up twice a year included in my bill when I tried to have this service rendered I was told they do not do this.

I was new to the area, wasn't sure which company to use. My landlord suggested WM and they didn't disappoint. My yard is always left clean and the can always left standing the same place I put it. Trash never left on the ground.
