“I was looking for school uniforms for boys. That section was a total wreck. I understand it's the customers that just aren't considerate and don't think they should put things back where they belong or put back neatly because "oh, the employees work here and that's their job'. Shame on them. I found 1 shirt and 1 shorts. I brought them home and my son is only 4 and can't do the snap on the shorts, so I ordered the latch hook type from Amazon. I'll be returning the 2 items I bought. The employees weren't very helpful, I will say that. It's unfortunate that I had a bad experience, except for the girls at check out. They were very nice and pleasant to speak with.”

The AC inside is more of a gentle suggestion than actual cooling, but that’s okay—because the moment you walk through the door, you’re hit with the unmistakable perfume cloud that could probably be seen from space. It’s strong, it’s floral, and it’s part of the Belk experience.
Despite the quirks, I always find something worth taking home—whether it’s a new outfit, a random kitchen gadget, or a clearance rack win that makes me feel like I beat the system. Five stars for friendly staff, surprise deals, and the only store where the thermostat is set to “bless your heart.” ?️✨”

“I went yesterday and was greeted by Bella, who was so sweet and helped me get a dressing room. Madison helped me find plenty of dresses that I loved. I ended up leaving with a dress, top, and pair of earrings. I ended up going back today because I wanted to get another dress I really liked! Bella was there again and I saw NEW dresses. Anyway I left with not 1 but FOUR new outfits for my beach trip at the end of the month! 10/10 will be back!”
