We recently had a very disappointing experience with the Sunshine John Deere dealership in Welsh, LA. A rep from Sunshine came out to our location and determined that the clutch had gone out on our tractor. So we paid for that analysis, then we paid to have our tractor picked up and brought to Welsh, and then we paid for the quote from the Welsh facility on what it would take to fix our tractor. After our tractor had been at the Welsh facility for about a week, the Welsh folks informed us they couldn't get the part for our tractor because of its age, and we would need to come pickup our tractor. At this point, we were already out over $400. So we did some research, found a mechanic that could do the needed repair, and also learned from the mechanic that not only was the necessary part available to fix our tractor, but there were at least 6 of those parts in the Dallas area. The net/net is that the mechanic got the part in a couple of days and had our tractor fixed in one week. Our tractor is back with us and runs great. I don't ever plan to use the Welsh dealership ever again.

When I purchased my John Deere 1023 there was a part on back order that took an extraordinarily long time to come in which intern delayed the delivery for quite a long time, because of the delay mr. Greg M. Took very good car of me in the interest of customer service! I highly recommend purchasing all your John Deere equipment and implements from sunshine equipment ! Customer service is their #1 priority!

The Service Department Here Is Excellent. They were very helpful and had me up and running in no time. They kept in touch with me during the trouble shooting. I was really happy with their help and friendly service. I would highly recommend Sunshine Welsh for any farm Equipment and Service. Thanx, Satisfied Customer Humble

If I could select zero stars I would. The service department and Lake Charles Dealership is absolutely horrible. We purchased our Gators a week before Sunshine bought out Welsh Equipment and our Gators have been in the shop more than we have used them. Purchased in the middle of May and both Gators have just under 30 hrs on them. The gave us a price on one and then changed the proce twice on us. Called the Rep and he fixed it to the original price. Get home and it needs to go back in the shop. It is unsafe to drive or ride in. Jerks really bad due to huge misalignment the filter housing is not installed properly. Things they said they fixed I have pictures that they are not fixed. I have tried contacting the rep after I sent him pictures and no response nor a response from Sunshine. They do not honor the John Deere 30 day guarentee and the Gators are junk and will not take them back and us just eat the money we have paid. We just don't want them period now! Called another John Deere dealer in Texas and I guess we will deal with them and anyone reading this should too!!! SUNSHINE IN WELSH, LA AND LAKE CHARLES, LA HAS ZERO CUSTOMER QUALOTY OR CARE FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!

Definitely a farm equipment, lawn care kinda place. Great displays. Very clean. Excellent friendly service. The staff helps you in every way possible and tries to answer all questions as in depth as possible. A great place to buy that perfect rider mower or field tractor for massive acreage. And John Deere is the best. I recommend this business to anyone and everyone.
