I'm very disappointed in the unprofessionalism this establishment has shown. I needed a washing machine, mine broke down. This is budget friendly. We set up a date for delivery, there was a No Show so I call them because of course they didn't have the professional decency to call me and reschedule. I'm going to assume people are treated poorly because it's renting !

I can’t say enough about the care of the customer service. My mom needed to rent and then return (unneeded) a chair after a major surgery and they accommodated every step of the way. John was exceptionally helpful. Highly recommend.

It was a rental store. Employees act like they were robots. No spontaneous answer all prescript.

We were looking around, and a sweaty guy unloading a truck asked if we needed help and pointed us in the right direction. (I understand he was busy and couldn’t help us at the moment.) He said if we still needed help, ask Angela to show us the online options. We proceeded to ask Angela, and she told us, “You can pull it up. You got a phone.” We won’t be back.

I think it's funny how you can make on time payments with this place and the month they decide to change their billing cycle bc of "x" number of weeks in the month, they decide to show up at your door to pick up your furniture. Bill wasn't due for 3 days, but guarantee there was an aarons truck in my front yard.

They are just ok. I mean... my refrigerator broke under warranty and they fixed it for me. But it was so nasty when they brought it back.

Came in to the store in West Monroe could not get a price on a set...as I was waiting my family and I see roaches on a couch and told the man and he grabs it with his hands and put it outside. We left that's gross so watch where you spend your hard earned money!
